Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • We ship our orders all over India. We do not ship internationally or to another country outside India. 

  • The shipping charge for all orders of seeds up to the total amount of ₹3000 are flat ₹200 (all across India). For amounts above ₹3000, the shipping charges are free.

  • Please enter the correct shipping details with an accurate address for the sake of a successful delivery of your order. We will not be responsible for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that do not get delivered or are returned to us. If returned extra shipping charges may apply.

  • The shipping charges for other products such as pots and accessories are enlisted along with the product prices and hence no extra charges shall be due.

  • Small packages (such as seeds) are shipped within 72 hours. Other packages may take 7-10 days depending on the size and volume of the order. Any delay if any due to unwarranted circumstances, in the processing of the orders will be duly notified to the customer through Email.

  • Orders are usually shipped through speed post or other domestic carriers.

  • Our seedbank is not responsible in any case for any delay caused by the respective courier company. We are only responsible for shipping it out within the time frame mentioned above i.e. 72 hours for seed orders and 7-10 days for other orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 1 day of receipt of the products.

  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

  • No refund will be given if the order has been delivered with the correct product description. In the event of the error has occurred on the part of Jonjo Seeds, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded at the sole discretion of Jonjo Seeds.
